End-user license agreement
Purpose and authorized users
Portland Floor, Inc provides Portland Floor Internal Automation solely for its staff to carry out the Company's internal business processes. The integration connects the Company's business systems to its own QuickBooks Online company. It is not offered for sale, public registration, or use by other businesses.
Permission and acceptable use
The Company grants authorized staff limited, nontransferable, revocable permission to use the integration for Company business. Users must act within their assigned authority and must not share credentials, bypass access controls, connect an unrelated QuickBooks company, or use the integration for unauthorized purposes.
Automation and review
The integration processes business documents and creates or updates customers, sub-customers, invoices, and quotes or estimates in QuickBooks Online. Quotes are also maintained in AppSheet. AI extraction and automated processing may produce errors. Authorized staff are responsible for reviewing relevant source information and resulting records before relying on them.
Connected services
The integration uses Intuit QuickBooks Online, Pipedrive, Cloudflare, and Google services. Applicable third-party terms continue to govern those services. Availability and behavior may depend on these providers.
Information handling
The privacy policy describes the integration's handling of customer and business information, including document processing by Google Gemini and indefinite retention of Company-held records.
Changes and termination
The Company may modify the integration or suspend or revoke permission to use it. Ending a user's access or disconnecting QuickBooks does not automatically delete records already held in connected systems. Updated terms will be made available on this page.
